We provide our Services as per the images and instructions submitted by clients. We accept submissions, then we start working and deliver the edited images to the clients.

Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in termination of our Service to you.

Payment process

The initiation of the payment process commences with the completion of your order request through our official contact form, accessible on the Company’s website. Your request should clearly specify the desired service type.

Subsequent to the submission of your order request, our Company will promptly issue a formal invoice. This invoice, sent to your email, encapsulates the agreed-upon service fee and provides a secure hyperlink for payment execution. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. If you wish to pay in a specific currency like USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, etc, please indicate your choice in the contact form when placing your order. Please note that the commencement of service delivery is contingent upon the Company’s verification of the receipt of full payment.

Upon the successful completion of the commissioned service, our Company will deliver the finalized retouched or restored photo directly to your email.

In the rare event that you encounter any difficulties with the provided file or face issues related to the accessibility of downloaded files, our dedicated support team is at your service. We encourage you to promptly establish communication with our support team, and they will diligently work to resolve any concerns or complications you may encounter.

Your Submissions

Under these Terms of Service, you agree that you will NOT submit any material or transmit, place, or post any of the following material or submit any material using the Service:

• Any abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or defamatory material or any material that could give rise to any criminal or civil liability under applicable law;
• Any material that could violate rights of copyrights, publicity, or privacy or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner and the persons (or legal guardians, or their parents where applicable) who are visible in the material if applicable;
• Any material sent from a false or anonymous address;
• Any material that promotes hatred, bigotry, racism, or harm against any group or individual;
• Any material that contains malicious computer code or software viruses, programs & files developed & designed to destroy, interrupt, or limit the functionality of any telecommunication equipment or computer hardware or software.

This revision aligns with the idea that users are submitting materials for processing or retouching rather than the service obtaining them without the user’s active involvement.

Photo Requirements

To ensure optimal processing of your images, please adhere to the following photo requirements:

• Resolution: For the best results, we recommend submitting images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures clarity and precision in the retouching process.
• File Weight: Individual file sizes should ideally be kept below 25 MB to facilitate efficient uploading and processing on our platform. While our system can handle larger files, maintaining a reasonable size helps ensure a smooth submission experience.
• Accepted Formats: We accept a variety of image formats to cater to your preferences and needs. These include JPEG, RAW, TIFF, PNG, and PSD. Each format offers unique advantages, so feel free to choose the one that best suits your requirements.

Public Information

The images you have provided to us and the imitative edited or retouched images from your submission are / will not be accessible publicly, unless you have explicit consent to grant us your permission to publish your images in promotional materials or our online portfolio. You may contact us to delete the images that you have submitted to us at any time.

Revision Policy

Our revision policy ensures your satisfaction with the delivered product. You have a 14-day window, starting from the date of order delivery, to request free revisions. Even if the order is approved or automatically closed, you can still initiate a free revision within this timeframe.

If, after revisions, you find the image aligns with your initial request but doesn’t meet your expectations, please note that additional changes may incur an extra cost. We are committed to delivering precisely what you envision, and our revision policy is designed to support this objective.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is tailored to address dissatisfaction and unforeseen circumstances. Partial or full refunds are possible, but subject to certain limitations. Refunds can be requested within 14 consecutive days from the date of order approval or automatic closure.

It’s important to note that refunds are not applicable if the order is approved and beyond the 14-day timeframe. To initiate a refund, contact our customer service via email within the specified timeframe.

Delivery

All the retouched images are stored on our servers for 2 weeks. After the order is closed, you will get the link at the email you had used while checking out. You will be able to access, delete or download your materials using this link.

Termination Of Business

You may end your business with us by ceasing to use the website and requesting closure of your account at any time.We reserve the right in its sole discretion to terminate, refuse or suspend Service to anyone for any reason, with or without notice. You agree that if your account is terminated, you will not attempt to establish a new account under any name, assumed or real.

Changes And Updates

As this Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. You should periodically review it to keep abreast of our plans and procedures. Your continued use of the Website and Services constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Service and any updates. Any violation of these provisions may result in termination of your account.
